We encourage self-motivated students with interests in hazard modeling, landscape dynamics, sustainability transitions, rural-urban continuum, human-nature relations, environmental (in)justice, and disaster communication, and who possess—or are highly motivated to develop—skills in geographic information systems, remote sensing, statistical analysis, and qualitative data analysis.
